We expected the result of spending a cold, rainy day outside in the weather and sure enough, Sunday morning required a visit to urgent care for antibiotics for Alvin. We've been through this many times before, usually 3 times a year, so we know to get a jump and intervene early before things get really bad. Z-PAC arithimiacin is the usual prescription. Spoiled a beautiful Sunday, 1 1/2 hours at doctor, another hour+ waiting for Wal-mart pharmacy.
Did use the time to pick up jalapeno pepper plants, big tomato plant, squash and cucumber and soil for another vegetable bed. Gardening is so much easier here than it was in Midland. Just poke it in the ground and keep the slugs away this a little beer. Watering is mostly natural.
